Deleting your data

Zynlo · Last updated: 27 September 2026

There is no account to delete. This build of Zynlo has no sign-in and no server. Nothing you study has been uploaded, so there is nothing held about you anywhere to erase. Deleting your data means removing it from your own device, which you can do yourself, immediately, without asking us.

Take a backup first, if you want to keep anything

Deletion cannot be undone and nothing is recoverable afterwards, because no copy exists anywhere else. Before you erase anything, open You → Backup and restore and save a file.

Removing part of your material, inside the app

Removing everything

To erase every trace of Zynlo from a device:

There is no request to send us and no waiting period, because the data never left your device.

What we keep afterwards

Nothing that is yours or points to you. We hold no account, no email address, no study material, no review history and no backups.

If you leave Share anonymous usage stats switched on, the app sends anonymous usage statistics to Zynlo’s own database, hosted by Supabase in the EU. They are kept for 13 months and then deleted automatically. They are not linked to you, so there is nothing we could look up by your name or email. Switching it off in You → Privacy stops them and clears the random install ID from your device. On iPhone and iPad, RevenueCat, which will handle in-app purchases, keeps the anonymous ID it created for your installation. See the Privacy Policy for both.

If that ever changes

If Zynlo later offers accounts and cloud backup, this page will be updated to describe a real deletion process before that feature is switched on.
